Cristy Conolly is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Pendo Management, a national AMC.  As a certified residential appraiser, Cristy brings valuable firsthand experience to the role.  Cristy was the Chief Appraiser and Compliance Officer at a national AMC for 9 years prior to joining Pendo.  Cristy’s diverse experience gives her the unique perspective to understand the needs and challenges of all parties involved in each appraisal order, and to carefully balance adherence to compliance with world class customer service.

Cristy served on the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board (FREAB) from 2016-2020 and was voted as Chairwoman of the FREAB in 2019.  Cristy was on the founding Board of Directors for the Collateral Risk Network (CRN) and was honored to be the recipient of the Valuation Visionary award in 2020.
