Deb Clark

Deb Clark, MAI, is CEO of Eval.com, a leading provider of alternative valuation services to financial institutions nationwide. With two decades of experience, she is known for combining deep appraisal expertise with a pragmatic, technology-driven approach to valuation. She currently serves as Chair of the Appraisal Institute’s Government Relations Committee, where she works at the intersection of regulation, risk management, and innovation in valuation practice.

Kenneth Dicks

Kenneth Dicks, MAI, MRA, brings more than two decades of experience in appraisal compliance, collateral valuation risk, and banking oversight. As Director of Appraisal Compliance & Initiatives at Reggora, and formerly a senior risk leader at Santander Bank, he has led enterprise-wide appraisal quality, risk oversight, and technology initiatives across consumer and commercial lending. A Certified General Appraiser and MAI designee, Mr. Dicks also serves on the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Appraisers and has been an active leader within the Appraisal Institute.

Peter J. Fontana

Peter J. Fontana has over 30 years of experience in the real estate appraisal profession, with a distinguished career spanning governmental appraisal, mass appraisal, tax appeal and litigation, and private fee practice. He previously served as an elected county assessor and as a statewide appraisal supervisor for the Montana Department of Revenue. Mr. Fontana also contributed a decade of service as a Subject Matter Expert for the Appraisal Qualifications Board and currently serves on The Appraisal Foundation’s Board of Trustees, bringing deep regulatory and policy expertise to CRN. Mr. Fontana was voted the Appraisal Buzz 2026 Appraiser of the Year by his peers in the industry.

Liz Green

Liz Green currently serves as SVP, Valuation Solutions at ServiceLink, the nation’s premier provider of digital mortgage services. In this role, she is responsible for shepherding ServiceLink through the new Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) and Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 transition, as well as leveraging her expertise in mortgage technology to further promote innovation, product evolution and business development within the valuation business unit.

Ms. Green has been on the forefront of applying data standards to valuation technologies since 2009 and has worked with key industry participants throughout. She was named an MBA Tech All Star in 2015 for her leadership in the MISMO. She currently serves as Chair of the MISMO Property and Valuation Services Community of Practice as well as the Chair of CRN’s Standards Committee. She was named the 2025 CRN Valuation Visionary for her industry contributions.

Lisa Meinczinger-Gulden

Lisa Meinczinger-Gulden, SRA AI-RRS,ASA, CRP, CDEI, G is a highly respected residential appraiser with more than 28 years of experience across complex valuation, appraisal review, litigation support, and appraisal education. She is the owner of Advance Appraiser Service and an approved Appraisal Institute instructor teaching nationwide. Ms. Meinczinger holds multiple advanced professional designations and serves in numerous national leadership roles, including Vice Chair of the Appraisal Institute’s National Board of Directors, 2026 President of its Hoosier State Chapter, and Vice Chair of The Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council, reflecting her deep commitment to education, standards, and professional development.

Katherine Owen

Katherine Owen serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Appraiser at Columbia Bank, providing executive oversight of the Bank’s commercial and residential valuation programs, as well as environmental procurement functions that support safe and sound lending practices. With more than 30 years of experience across a broad range of property types and market conditions, Ms. Owen has deep expertise in collateral risk management and valuation governance. Her leadership plays a key role in advancing strategic lending initiatives and strengthening the institution’s longterm risk management framework.

Jim Park

Jim Park, FRICS, is President and CEO of the Collateral Risk Network, where he provides strategic leadership at the intersection of valuation, risk, and public policy. He previously served nearly 16 years as Executive Director of the Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC), as a regulator of regulators, overseeing the federal appraisal regulatory system and working closely with the White House, Congress, federal and state regulators, the GSEs, and industry leaders. Recognized nationally for his expertise in appraisal regulation and collateral risk governance, Mr. Park has played a defining role in shaping policy discussions around standards, qualifications, independence, and data modernization. His leadership reflects a forward-looking vision: aligning sound valuation practices with innovation, accountability, and market realities to strengthen confidence in the nation’s housing finance system.

Robert J. (Bob) Smith

Robert J. (Bob) Smith, Treasurer, brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across banking, mortgage lending, fintech, and capital markets. Most recently EVP of Corporate Development & Strategy at Real Matters, he has also held senior leadership roles at BNY Mellon, Discover Financial Services, AmeriSave Mortgage, PHH Mortgage, and Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation. Mr. Smith’s background in regulatory oversight, M&A, and operational strategy provides CRN with seasoned financial and governance expertise.
