[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]Anne M. Petit is the Superintendent of the Ohio Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing, Department of Commerce. The Superintendent is the chief operating and administrative officer of the Ohio Real Estate Commission, Ohio Real Estate Appraiser Board, and the Ohio Cemetery Dispute Resolution Commission. She is responsible to the Commissions and Board for the proper management of all aspects of the activities of those adjudicatory bodies.  Additionally, Supt. Petit has the responsibility for planning, policy development, finance and administration, personnel, education, licensing, professional standards and day-to-day compliance with Ohio’s real estate, appraiser and cemetery statutes and administrative rules.  Besides two “tours of duty” as Superintendent, she has served in the offices of the Governor and Secretary of State, preceded by 12 years in banking and lending. Supt. Petit currently serves as secretary of the Association of Appraisal Regulatory Officials (AARO) and is on the board of the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO).[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
