[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]Katherine joined the consumer side of lending in the mid-2000s and now serve as the corporate risk officer for consumer lending collateral valuation in Wells Fargo. Katherine has spent most of her life involved in the real estate industry. Katherine entered the appraisal field as a commercial appraiser shortly before USPAP was written. In the late 1990’s, she entered the banking world. Shortly thereafter, I opened the internal commercial real estate appraisal department for the Texas region in San Antonio, Texas for Norwest. Katherine is still a general certified appraiser license. Katherine has worked in nearly every aspect of the real estate and real estate appraisal business–development, real estate sales, fee appraiser, review appraiser, valuation modeling, appraisal management, appraisal operations and technology, lending/credit review, and policy and compliance. Katherine is a graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Public Administration and majored in Finance and Real Estate. I’m married with four children.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
