Kellie has been a Client Manager for ClearValue Consulting since May of 2018 with the goal of helping clients use the ClearValue Consulting technology platform to its fullest.  With over 30 years in the real estate appraisal industry, Kellie is a Certified Residential Appraiser and holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.  Prior to joining ClearValue Consulting, she held various positions in the real estate appraisal industry as SVP and VP in both Operations and Client Services.  Kellie has succeeded in leveraging her experience in both operations and client services, as well as her strength in developing efficient processes associated with the appraisal valuation industry, to help ClearValue Consulting clients meet audit and industry guidelines while creating efficient processes using the Acuity platform.
