Chris Knight, Chief Executive Officer of Opteon Global, has been chosen as the CRN 2024 Valuation Visionary. The CRN is honored to recognize Mr. Knight as the 15^th recipient of the Valuation Visionary Award. Each year, the CRN presents this award in recognition of the person who demonstrates leadership, innovation, professionalism, and who strives to better the industry for their peers. The CRN will be presenting Mr. Knight with the award at Valuation Expo 2024 during the CRN event.

The Valuation Visionary award recognizes the collateral valuation professional who has demonstrated outstanding leadership, innovation and professionalism. Winners are nominated by their peers within the CRN, an industry group comprised of lenders, investors and valuation providers. The CRN’s mission is to advance the use of sound collateral risk management principles, policies and practices within the housing finance industry. The CRN promotes a broad multi-stakeholder approach to risk management that focuses on valuation, collateral risk, and compliance.
